One line later, the initials and surnames of the authors (e.g., M.K. Sabieva) are indicated. The transliteration of surnames in English must match the spelling in the passport or in previously published articles. In the absence of such data, the BSI standard for transliteration should be used.
Co-authorship is allowed only for those who have made a significant contribution to the research, its concept, development, or interpretation of the results. Individuals whose contribution does not meet the criteria for authorship but who have provided substantial support may be mentioned in the "Acknowledgements" section, indicating the nature and extent of their participation. All co-authors must consent to the publication of the current version of the article.

3.4 Title of the article
One line later, the title of the article is written in CAPITAL letters and centered (Arial KZ font, size 8, bold). It should be concise and fully consistent with the content of the manuscript. The title is provided in English, Kazakh, and Russian, and it should not contain abbreviations.
3.5 Summary (Abstract)
The abstract to the manuscript should follow the title (one line apart) in three languages and contain between 200 and 300 words (Arial KZ font, size 9, italics). The abstract should include:
- Relevance and expediency of the research (a brief and concise description of the relevance of the problem under study);
- The purpose of the article;
- Methods of the research problem;
- The authors’ results (what was revealed, substantiated, discovered, developed, proven in the article);
- The practical and theoretical significance of the results obtained (increasing efficiency/improvement, growth, etc.).
The abstract should not use terms and abbreviations introduced in the article for the first time (unless they are well known), as well as references to literature or reviews on historiography, methodology, or research methods. The abstract is a concentrated summary of the article.
3.6 Keywords
One line after the abstract, list 4 to 8 keywords or phrases that will facilitate the indexing of the manuscript in search engines. The keywords should be separated by commas and given in 3 languages.
3.7 Sections of the manuscript
Then, one line later, you should begin the text of the article (Times New Roman, size 11), which should consist of the following sections:
- Introduction
- Literature Review
- Materials and Methods
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
- Acknowledgments
- Information about the authors
The section headings must be labeled, begin on a new line with paragraph indentation, and be italicized.
Introduction. Define the goals of the study, providing the necessary background without a detailed literature analysis or a preliminary presentation of the results. Establish the scope and objectives of the study in the context of existing knowledge on the topic. Structure the text from general to specific, formulating the hypothesis, the goal, and the objectives of the study.
Literature Review. Clearly define the topic under study, explaining the reasons for its choice and indicating the key trends and issues. Conduct a critical analysis of the main publications, identifying flaws in the methodology and research gaps, and suggesting directions for further research.
Materials and Methods. Describe in detail the research methodology, including the materials and procedures used. Indicate the research base, sources, and sample.
If the authors use confidential data from organizations, they must have written permission to use such data in the study.
Results and Discussion. Present the main results of the study, aiming to be concise and accurate, in accordance with the stated objectives.
Conclusion. Present the main conclusions, the authors' research results, and practical suggestions or recommendations.
Acknowledgments. In this section, it is necessary to indicate all sources of funding for the study and express gratitude to those who contributed to the work on the manuscript but are not its co-authors. Such assistance may include suggestions for improving the project, providing research facilities, administrative support, funding, performing certain types of analyses, and providing resources necessary for the study.
3.8 References
One line later, the list of references should be provided, formatted according to the APA 7th edition standard (https://apastyle.apa.org/). The number of references used should be at least 15, including at least 5 foreign sources. Of these, no more than 50% of the sources used should be older than 5 years from the release date of the current article. Priority is given to articles published in the Scopus and Web of Science databases over the past 5 years. Self-citation is allowed up to 20%.
In the text, after a quote or paraphrase, in parentheses, write the author's last name in the language of the source. If the article is in Russian or Kazakh, the surname is in Cyrillic. If in English, it is in Latin. Then add a comma and the year of publication. If the article is in English and you are referring to a source in Russian or Kazakh, the surname is written in Latin in accordance with the BSI transliteration standard.
For example:
Text text text (Корнилов, 2020).
If the reference source has several authors, they are listed with an ampersand (&). Listing more than 4 authors in the text is not recommended as it makes perception difficult.
For example:
Text text text (Ivanov, Ferrari & Corbato, 2022). More text text text (Mariani et al., 2022).
If you need to refer to several works in one parenthetical citation, separate them by a semicolon.
For example:
Text text text (Mariani et al., 2022; Kemeny & Storper, 2022).
The references are given in alphabetical order and are not numbered. First, works in English, then in other languages. Use the Arial KZ font, size 9, hanging indent 0.5 cm, justified alignment with hyphenation. References in Cyrillic must be transliterated in Latin with a double slash " // ". For transliterating authors' names and journal titles, use the BSI standard. On the site http://translit.net, select the "Библиотека Конгресса (BSI)" option. Insert the bibliographic text in the special field and click "в транслит".
